How to Request a Refund

- You don't need to ship the bottles back. Keep them or discard them — we won't ask.

How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.). Bank processing typically takes 3–7 additional business days after we issue the refund on our end.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, email us a photo at info@trycurveon.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement immediately — no return needed.
